Description of organisation

Youth for youth was established in 2023 in village Svinica, rural area of Košice region, Slovakia, focused on education, development of rural areas, sport activities and promoting youth opportunities.
We are trying to attract the attention of active young people to creating and implementing youth projects, aimed at development of rural areas, digital tools, cultural diversity and with sport activities. As a part of our strategy is creation of a new layer of young people with liberal ideas, ready to work for the welfare of the people of their community and country and to cooperate in the spirit of tolerance and partnership with other nations.
Object of the organisation is to frame favourable conditions for the development of a creative, energetic young person having an active civil position and develop young people with the aim of positioning them for future success.
Our target group is young people living mainly in rural areas, who, due to their geographical location, suffer from certain disadvantages, especially lack of opportunities, access to useful information and often lower level of education compared to urban areas.
