Description of organisation

The Rheinische Dialog und Bildungsverein e.V. is a non-profit organization that has been passionately dedicated to promoting education, integration, and intercultural dialogue since its founding in 2004. Our mission is to support people of all ages, ethnicities, and nationalities, particularly in the areas of education, social participation, and cultural understanding.
We firmly believe that education is the key to social cohesion, equal opportunities, and an inclusive society. That’s why we focus on creating opportunities for individuals with migration backgrounds and socially disadvantaged groups. At the same time, we are committed to fostering the personal development of children, youth, and adults to empower them to actively participate in society.
Our diverse programs – including tutoring, language courses, and vocational training – offer pathways to growth and success. We also provide holiday programs, youth centers, and cultural events that encourage exchange and strengthen community bonds. Promoting tolerance, respect, and acceptance is at the heart of everything we do.
