Description of organisation

New Vision is a youth-focused, non-profit organization based in Tirana, Albania, established in 2016. Our mission is to empower young people, especially those from marginalized and underrepresented backgrounds, by promoting active citizenship, volunteerism, and social inclusion. Through a combination of local action and international collaboration, we support youth in becoming confident, informed, and engaged members of their communities. With a network of over 350 volunteers across Albania, New Vision operates with a flexible and inclusive approach that encourages both broad participation and the development of youth leadership. Our activities are rooted in non-formal education, with a strong emphasis on practical life skills. We regularly organize training sessions, workshops, and interactive programs focused on leadership, public speaking, communication, teamwork, digital literacy, and civic engagement. Our Youth Center in Tirana serves as a lively space for learning, creativity, and connection where young people come together to exchange ideas, plan initiatives, and take part in educational and community-building activities. We’ve also built long-standing partnerships with local institutions and social centers, including those working with children with disabilities and marginalized communities, where our volunteers provide meaningful support.
