Description of organisation

Ethos MTÜ is a non-profit organization whose main work is youth work in Estonia. Integration, art, creativity, development of entrepreneurial skills and outdoor activities are an important part of Ethos activities. The association is working for uniting local youth from different backgrounds and for helping young people to discover different opportunities and develop their craziest ideas. The association works both locally and internationally and has the team with previous experience in the field of education, music, psychology and informal and non-formal education.

Our main goals and activities are:
- integration between youngsters in Estonia, preventing segregation
- opportunities for youth from remote areas
- value the traditions, history and material and immaterial heritage of our land
- involving young people in socially important activities
- formation, development, support and communication of youth associations in Estonia and Europe
- monitoring, summarizing and disseminating the experiences of youth NGOs, successful social technologies for involving young people in the life of the local community
- participating in Erasmus+ programme
- musical and artistic development
- value cultural richness
- provide examples, inspiration and entrepreneurial ideas
- offer opportunities for international educational development to our young people
- work with non-formal education to create a more inclusive and peaceful society
- inclusion for people with fewer opportunities
