Description of organisation

The Union of Young Researchers and Analytics (YRAU) is a youth-oriented non-profit organisation established on 15 May 2015. The organisation promotes youth participation, civic engagement and social responsibility through research-based activities, non-formal education, volunteering and social entrepreneurship. Our work includes public opinion and social research, monitoring of public institutions, support for democratic development processes and analysis related to the implementation of the EU Association Agreement. A core focus of our mission is the personal and professional development of young people, particularly students and graduates in social sciences, through practical learning and engagement opportunities. We support young people through internships, volunteering and youth-led initiatives in project development and management, research and data collection, advocacy and community campaigns, cultural and environmental activities, and social entrepreneurship, strengthening key competences, employability skills and active citizenship. The organisation operates youth centres and social enterprises for non-formal learning and community engagement. Since 2024, we have been active in the Tana–Tedzmi Protected Areas, promoting environmental awareness, protected areas and sustainable local entrepreneurship among young people. At international level, YRAU has experience in Erasmus+ activities and European values.
