Description of organisation

Zespół Szkół nr 3/School Complex No.3 is a secondary school that includes VII Liceum Ogólnokształcące im.Józefa Piłsudskiego /7th Secondary School named after Józef Piłsudski) and Technikum nr 8 (Chemistry Technical School No. 8). Both schools implement the educational, upbringing, and care objectives The activities of the teaching staff and specialists are focused on: Developing in students a sense of responsibility, empathy, tolerance, and teamwork skills, as well as encouraging young people to become involved in activities for the benefit of others — both within the school community and in the broader local environment (promotion of social engagement and volunteering). Shaping a sense of European identity, belonging, tolerance, and understanding of other cultures and traditions, as well as respect for universal values and cooperation in a group — through Erasmus+ projects carried out in the school. Promoting attitudes that support students’ well-being, including both their physical and mental health. Fostering patriotic attitudes through learning about the history of Poland and the local region. Developing students’ interests and encouraging active participation in cultural life through cultural education initiatives. Building an integrated school community and ensuring that students with special educational needs are fully included in the school’s activities. All these activities are based on the needs of the students and are aimed at equal opportunities.
