Description of organisation

Asociación CADIR is a non-profit, private entity based in Valencia, Spain, dedicated to promoting the real inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion, with a special focus on people with disabilities. Our mission is to empower these groups and reduce their vulnerability through innovative educational training, and social integration projects. We act as a bridge to foster their full participation in society and the labour market. Our main activities include: -Tailored education and training programmes for young people and adults, especially those with disabilities, with a special emphasis on digital skills, personal autonomy, and employability. -Support for labour market integration through mentoring, job coaching, and partnerships with inclusive employers. -Programmes to promote gender equality, especially for women with disabilities, addressing double discrimination and fostering empowerment. -Advocacy for diversity, equal opportunities, and the fight against all forms of discrimination, in line with the values of social responsibility and sustainable development. Our target groups are people with disabilities, young people facing barriers to participation, women at risk of exclusion, and other vulnerable groups across all ages and backgrounds. We work closely with local societies and institutions, businesses, and third-sector organisations to create a more inclusive and supportive society.
