InCo has started to look for a future volunteers for CARITAS with the deadline of 7th of March. CARITAS is based in the bilingual Province of Bolzano (German and Italian) that is why it is good to know at least one of the 2 languages. The volunteer will work with young people and people at risk of social exclusion. The volunteer will be part of a team and will organize and implement workshops at schools about social issues and international solidarity, organize special events and ricreational activities.
TranslateAccommodation, food and transport arrangements
You will get free accommodation for the whole duration of your voluntary service. A room will be provided at the disposition of the volunteer in the Caritas building in the centre of Bolzano. Kitchen facilities of the structure are open to the utilization of the volunteer. The volunteer will receive a monthly amount of money to sustain food expenses and a card for the public transportation.
TranslateTraining during the project
You will have the opportunity to meet a group of 20 EVS volunteers (some of them in Trentino and some in Bolzano) and to attend an italian language course.
TranslateVolunteer profile
The volunteer should not have any specific abilities or cv. We are looking for motivated volunteers who really want to work with young people and to rise the awarness of the community. This person should be patient, proactive and team oriented. Moreover, you should be interested in learning italian and/or german.
