Our principal objetive is to work equality with minors from childhood to the adolescence in rural areas, and work directly with young leaders which in turn are working also with minors in city areas, to promot good practices through workshops and games in favor of gender equality. Is in this way both children from rural areas and from city ones, will do the same activities, the first ones from the EVS volunteers, and the others from their young leaders.
TranslateAccommodation, food and transport arrangements
The volunteer will live in house with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom in Hamman Sousse center. The volunteer will live with an other Spanish volunteer. They are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and organized. Apartment is equipped with all things necessary for comfortable living . The volunteer will receive each month: 61€ pocket money 90€ for food 20€ for transportation 270€ for the flygths
TranslateTraining during the project
The volunteer will receive a predeparture training before leaving by Ecocompartimos. The volunteer will be trained by the hosting organization to learn how to develop her tasks The volunteer will participate on the arrival training and the midterm evaluation organized by the NA.

We are looking for a female volunteer to work with women, kids and youngstes who is iterested in gender equality, arabic culture, and cooperation. A volunteer who wants to have a different cultural experience.The volunteer must speak English, French or Arabic. We need a creative person, who likes kids and rural areas. Although volunteers will live in Hamman Sousse, they will go twoice per week to the rural areas.

During the two first EVS months, volunteers will visit different organisms and organizations where they will analize the way which Tunisian people works on equality gender topic. Volunteers will acquire new knowleges while they are adapting to the new enviroment and culture. With all the new information, the volunteers will create a resources guide.After the first two months, volunteers will start to mix their own knowledge with the new one already acquired, though new methodologies and apply it into the kids from rural areas and into the the youngsters who work with kids in Hammam Sousse.
