Within the City of Strasbourg Ecole St Jean, the young volunteer will do his/her service from the 01 september 2018 to the 31 May 2019. Goals of the project : - Sensitize young children (from 3 to 6 years old) welcomed during extracurricular and extra-curricular services to German. - Promotion of German language and culture. - Implementation of small animations in German. - Exchange of knowledge and skills with the animation teams.
TranslateAccommodation, food and transport arrangements
The young volunteer will have his/her own bedroom in a Strasbourg student residence. He receive money for meals. The city of Strasbourg will make arrangements for meals and to make the moving of the voluneer easier through the city. French language courses will be provided through the online linguistic support
TranslateTraining during the project
The volunteer will take part at trainings organised by the National Agency. Before the beginning of his voluntary, he has to take part on a 2 weeks preparation (from the 14 to the 31 august 2018), which included french courses, administrative tasks and many other interesting activities. This seminar is good to meet other volunteers. It's organised by the coordinating organisation ICE-RF. 2 months and 8 months after the beginning the volunteer is invited to take part on another seminars organised by ICE-RF.
