At the end of the work camp, several theater performances are planned for a public audience and for school classes from the Osnabrück region in the Augustaschacht Memorial. Professional video recordings are made of the performance. The entire production is documented by the filmmaker Charlotte Bösling and accompanied and communicated through the memorial via social media. This supports the educational work and public relations work of the memorial. So the work mainly consists of preparations and rehearsals for the theatrical performances.

During guided tours through the Augustaschacht Memorial and its permanent and special exhibition, the volunteers will deal with forced labor and Nazi history as well as their causes and consequences. If you are interested, you can also visit the Gestapo Cellar Memorial. During an excursion to Amsterdam, the volunteers will visit the Anne Frank House and take part in a workshop.

The address included here is the address of the office. Once you are selected, you will get the precise information in the infosheet.
