The European Heritage Label (EHL) Award Ceremony is a one-and-a-half day event, aimed to:
- award the 12 EHL sites selected in 2021 (also with a special mention to the 10 sites selected in 2019, for whom a proper ceremony could not take place due to Covid).
- celebrate the 10th anniversary of the EHL.
- reinforce exchanges and the network dynamics among EHL sites
- engage in dialogue with stakeholders on key lessons learned and future developments of the initiative.
The event focuses more broadly on strengthening the visibility and the impact of the European Heritage Label at European, national and local level.

Date and venue:

The Award Ceremony will take place on 13 June 2022 at the EGG (in Brussels) and complemented by a web streaming to engage participants remotely (hybrid format).

Programme of activities:

Monday June, 13th

14h00 - 16h30 Meeting of the EHL National Coordinators (at the European House of History)
18h00 - 22h00 EHL Award Ceremony (at the EGG, Brussels)

Tuesday June, 14th

9h30 - 16h30 Workshops in person on topics related to EHL (at the EGG, Brussels)
