The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the European Union (EU) are celebrating the European Year of Youth 2022 through a shared commitment: empowering youth as actors of change. This photography exhibition, in front of the European Parliament, features 20 pictures and success stories related to projects and programs funded by the EU and implemented by UNIDO all over the world. It shows how our partnership for inclusive and sustainable industrial development has empowered youth in poor communities by giving them fair jobs, relevant training opportunities, and - most importantly - hope for a brighter future. Technical cooperation and policy dialogue between UNIDO, the EU, developing countries, and like-minded partners contribute very concretely to changing people's lives, achieving the 2030 Agenda, and ensuring that no youth is left behind.
