SKEMA PUBLIKA x UNIDO - “International youth at work: mistrust towards businesses and political demand?”

International Youth at Work: Distrust of Corporate World and Political Demands

20/05/2022 11:00

20/05/2022 12:30

[CET] Central European Time

37 Boulevard du Régent, 1000, Brussels, Belgía

The objective of the conference is to present the newly published “EYES” report by Mrs. Claude Revel, director of SKEMA PUBLIKA, a French think-tank dedicated to political and societal issues connected with public policy. One of the main findings is that youth around the world have a mistrust in the labor market and often have a negative vision of the business sector. While young people face many challenges to access jobs corresponding to their values, ethics, and skills, they tend to show strong expectations from policy-makers. Together with UNIDO Brussels, this conference invites a panel of experts to discuss these findings and the challenges faced by youth in recent years.

The conference will be held in French with a simultaneous translation into English, which will be broadcasted on Zoom. Please note that the English translation will be available online only. Please select the language in which you wish to attend the conference when you register.
