The European Digital Youth Summit 5th edition - EDYS22 is an event taking place on July 7th, in Bucharest (Romania) and online and aims to deepen the discussions on the Future of Europe, by activating the youth and fostering collaboration with stakeholders from their communities.
The summit will be part of the EuroChangeMakers Project (EuroCM), co-funded by the Europe for Citizens Programme of the European Union. EDYS22 is organized under the High Patronage of the European Parliament.
Theme: A greener, more digital, and social Future of Europe
The main event is tailored to deliver through:
- A discussion panel, a collection of esteemed speakers who will reflect on the challenges and current endeavors in regard to three main directions: digitalization, environment, and social cohesion.
- A European Civic Hackathon, where participants will be able to work on concrete solutions to address the issues identified during the 18 National Civic Hackathons, which will, later on, be included in the White Paper to be presented to at least 100 European and National stakeholders.
