Le programme 16-18 consiste à encadrer et accompagner des jeunes de 16-18 ans en décrochage scolaire. Il se réalise par des ateliers, des entretiens collectifs et individuels avec des conseillers en insertion professionnels au sein de l'enseigne et le chargé projet RIJ et autres collaborateurs.
