The Festival is a unique example of an event promoted by a consortium of public bodies and private cultural institutions in the Modena district.
The Festivalfilosophy aims to create an opportunity for high-level international debate that contributes to renewing the presence of philosophical discourse in the public sphere.
It is therefore conceived as a major annual event on philosophical themes, encompassing in three days a series of multifaceted initiatives - debates and lectures, readings and dramatizations, exhibitions and topical performances - centered on a key word.

It is "justice" the theme of the 22nd edition of Festivalfilosophy to be held on September 16, 17 and 18, 2022.

The participatory workshop, open to youth, adults and seniors, is presented as a space for free, respectful and generative dialogue on the topic of intergenerational justice, organized according to the Open Space Technology method.
Discussion and listening tables will be formed to imagine together how to mend relationships between generations. The intent, on the one hand, is to restore the "torn" lives of young people, victims of injustices for which they bear no responsibility. On the other, to gratefully acknowledge the experience and commitment of adults and the elderly, building the foundation for a future in which they are not abandoned to loneliness.
During the event, being inspired by the reflection of Zerocalcare and other artists/and, with the help of Nina Atelier and Casa Tomada Association, a "fiber art" installation will also be made, taking the form of a collaborative tapestry.

The tables will be freely accessible for the duration of the afternoon.

The Vez Table brings together the associations of Carpi's Mac'è! Youth Space dedicated to engaging young people in their 20s and 30s in particular. After tackling the challenge of lockdown and pandemic, the Table is now oriented toward initiatives that prioritize in-person participation, civic, environmental and sustainability education, artistic expression, collaboration between different associations and different generations, and social innovation.
