Here is what it will happen!
Join this three-day MeetUp in the hidden gem in the middle of Slovenia to create new friendships and do some good for our environment.
Join us on Meet-up that is hosted by ambasadors of #DiscoverEU, last years' travellers that will share their experiences, tips and tricks and will take you on unforgetable experience. You will discover town of Novo mesto, beautiful and old Slovenian town with historical and cultural heritage. 

We will share further information with the first 20 people who register.

Participation's eligibility
MeetUps are organized mainly for DiscoverEU participants travelling in Slovenia during the MeetUp's dates. DiscoverEU ambassadors living in Slovenia may also participate, but priority for participation is granted to participants coming from countries different from Slovenia.
DiscoverEU candidates in waiting list may also apply for participation, but priority for participation is granted to participants who won the PASS and are using it to travel in Slovenia.

Participation's regulations
Accommodation, food, local transportations (and equipment where needed) during the MeetUp's days will be covered for all confirmed participants.
Travels to MeetUp's arrival and departure location (Novo mesto) will be entirely borne to the participants.
Participants will be also responsible for any personal insurance coverages [e.g., travel coverage, third party liability coverage, medical payments coverage (for the part not covered by the European Health Insurance Card), personal injury protection, etc.] while traveling to/from and during the MeetUp's days.

Number of available places
This MeetUp is open up to 20 participants.
Participation will be granted on the first come, first served basis, until places last.

(please note that these are draft versions - final details of the meetings/visits will be provided some days before the starting date and/or during the presentation activity)

Novo mesto
Is the small town in Dolenjska region, near river Krka and in between hills with vineyards. There is also a big historical and cultural heritage.  

This is a very special and active MeetUp for those who are not afraid of trying different activities and for those who love challenges of the nature and adventure!

DAY 1

16:00 Meeting at venue, getting to know eachother

17:00 Hostel - drop of things

18:00 Guided city tour

21:00 Evening get together by bonfire with local youth

DAY 2

8:00 - 9:30 Breakfast

10:00 Horse riding

14:00 lunch

15:00 - 18:00 Free time (swimming in river Krka, SUP, beachwolley, streetball, board games...)

19:00 bus ride

20:00 Visit of local festival of culture FKK with concert (https://festivalkulturekostanjevica.si/)

DAY 3

8:00 - 9:30 Breakfast

10:00 Canoeing on river Krka

12:00 Evaluation

14:00 Lunch and and departure

or before if participation's requests will exceed the maximum number allowed for participants.
