'Technology and Society' (‘التكنولوجيا و المجتمع’) is the first original Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange interactive online course that will be held in Arabic. This 6-week activity starting on November 4 invites youth from the Southern Mediterranean and Europe to explore the role that technology plays in our everyday lives and our societies. 

'Technology and Society' offers a unique opportunity for Arabic language students to practice with native speakers and gain confidence in their communication skills.

Technology has never been as influential as it is today; impacting our personal lives as well as the societies we live in. In the course ‘Technology and Society’ participants get the chance to share their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities technological developments pose with youth from other countries and diverse backgrounds. Stimulated by thought-provoking materials they come together weekly in online facilitated group sessions and discuss the effects of technology on social relations, the job market, future innovations and more. 

Participants successfully completing this course will be awarded an Erasmu+ Virtual Exchange digital badge. This opportunity is free of charge for all individuals between 18-30 either residing in or with the nationality of one of the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange project countries.
