PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival encourages and empowers global youth to explore the social issues of migration, diversity, social inclusion, and the prevention of xenophobia and to share their creative vision with the world.

The Festival is a joint initiative of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM)  that  invites the world’s youth to submit original and creative videos focusing on the themes of migration, diversity and social inclusion.

Who can participate
 
PLURAL+ invites young people of up to 25 years old at the time of the production of their videos, to take part in the Festival.
 
There are three age categories:
·        up to 12 years old
·        13 to 17 years old and
·        18 to 25 years old.
It is possible to work in a group to make one video, as long as all members of the group are maximum 25 years of age.
 
Format of the video
 
Video entries can be of any genre (animation, documentary, drama, music video, comedy) and  must be between one and five minutes in length.The videos must have been produced after 31 December 2018 and, if not in English, must have English subtitles.
 
Ready to submit your video?
 
First complete the online form, the deadline is 30 June 2022, at midnight EST.
The video can be submitted through a video-streaming website (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo) or through a file-hosting website (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
