Calling all young aspiring journalists in Europe!

If you are between the ages of 18-30 and you would like to start your journalistic career, this opportunity is for you!

Eurodesk and the European Commission are looking for young journalists to voice the interests and concerns of young people in Europe.

This opportunity will allow you to create content ranging from articles, videos and even podcasts! All of which will be featured on the European Youth Portal.

To be eligible, you will need to be 18 years old by 1 February 2026. And for the FIRST time ever, residents of all 36 Eurodesk countries can apply - this includes the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine, Georgia, and Switzerland!
