What is the best way to help unemployed young people into work?

giving them more training job course or interships , languages course , opportunities abriad without having three degrees of thirty , don't be surprise if a lot of populism parties are full of Young people , because they have no more trust in the europeans institutions .

The problem is: How can you expect the next generation to be hardworking, disciplined and reliable if the people who are in charge of the working environment right now aren't any better? I'm sure this isn't always the case, but it is an undeniable fact that it happens- too often. Practically speaking, youth projects that give young people a voice and the opportunity to share their own ideas is a good start. But then they should be taken serious. You have to live the values you want to see in other people.

Unpaid internships should be illegal. It's exploitative and means only those that can afford to work for free can enter the labour market. People that can't afford to work without a wage are left in low paid jobs despite having done well in education.

You should give them salary and you should discover them Give them opportunities. Never left them behind. There are many people have good skills. As you know surviving makes people Artist. So I think you should think twice about it. :-)

well actually,if we really want to achieve that we should create centers of interests with running projects,because you see,if we work on our interest field we could work in a more effective way and as a result for longer time.

Trust them, believe in their abbilities, give them opportunities, responsibilities, challenge them. And allow them to fall and start again. Help and show them. World needs active young people.

Internships should be mandatory to all sciences and universities in Europe. Young people will learn in private or other companies how their future work will look like. One or more internships will give students a glimps of each job. In this way, he/she will discover what they like most. Because a happy worker will be a happy member of the society. For all this to happen, more funding should be given through erasmus or other programs!
