Social Hackers Academy (SHA) is looking for a passionate graduate who is looking to expand his professional capacity through working in a dynamic entrepreneurial Non-Profit Organisation (NPO). Tasks & Responsibilities of the position: Manage our graduates and attend to their needs Make sure that they have their CVs and LinkedIn profiles updated Review and edit our company’s HR policies and handbooks Attend events and introduce our company’s mission to volunteers Volunteer management Perform headhunting activities and bring web developers to join our talent platform Etc…

In SHA we pay a lot of attention to the development and growth of the people we work with. At the beginning of your volunteering, we'll establish a Learning & Development plan that is unique to your needs and learning outcomes. We provide access to online courses, books, podcasts that will make you a professional. All you have to do is work hard. Key competencies you will acquire: 1. Understand how the Tech and Non-Profit industries work 2. Work and deliver your tasks on deadlines 3. Learn how to communicate effectively 4. Use all kind of tools that a remote company needs
