Description
"TUDANZAS - Cultural management" is a project that aims to include a young European volunteer in a community platform that generates artistic-social projects that promotes collective social interaction. Throughout this experience, the young volunteer will support the cultural management of TUDANZAS initiatives. Tasks: - Back-office tasks; - Organization and weekly cleaning of the TUDANZAS space; - Monitoring of personal daily tasks; - Publicity and dissemination TUDANZAS; - Compilation of audiovisual material; - Merchandising and accounting support: - Management and control of pre and post-production of projects; - Gantt diagram; - Organization project materials; - Crowdfunding campaigns; - Update and revitalization of the TUDANZAS network; - Management relationships with people events, festivals; - Space Logistics Organization. This project, it's organized for 8 months. A first experimental period of 2 months and a possibility of extension for more 6 months.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
The volunteer will share the house with other volunteers and members of TUDANZAS. Food, pocket money and travel included.
Formation pendant l’activité
Volunteers receive training in TUDANZAS methodologies; in cultural management or social education; language (castellano/catalan).
Profil du participant
Young, proactive person (25-30 years old). Some level of Spanish is required. Ready to act fast according to the instruction provided Open to challenge, learn with others, not afraid of making mistakes and not knowing. Communicative, able to listen and to accept differences. Conscious of group working, self work and permaculture. We value training/studies in: Dance; Cultural management; Design; Marketing. People that are studying or working will not be admitted.
