Our volunteer will be offered several activities to participate in our educational innovative project. · He or she could participate in the creation of an ecological school garden in order to make aur students conscious of what a healthy life style means as well as sustainability and climate change. . He or she colud also participate in the creation of a vertical garden made of recycable materials. . As a way to show environmental sustainability he or she could also participate in building a Metereological Station in our highschool. . He or she could support our organisation helping us on digitize all the staff, our students and families. . Another way of helping us could be on preparing or looking for European projects. . He or she could also participate in arts and crafts and drawing graffitis in our highschool that is why we need him or her to be creative.
Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
According to the Programme Guide all these matters will be covered by the programme. Individual support, insurance and pocket money. The volunteers will be offered a single room in a flat with other volunteers where they can share all common rooms such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms and terrace if there is.
Formación durante la actividad
As a volunteer, the local agengy will help the volunteer to engage Spanish lessons with other volunteers with Spanish teachers. Also, in our highschool he could also practise his or her Spanish daily and know a lot about our culture. He or she will be offered a constant support in everything he or she needs to improve his or her skills in lloking for new opportunities. As for example in preparing his or her own Europass as we have administration and employment professionals working as teachers here. He or she could also visit the Career Expo in Valencia and a smaller one in Alzira. Our local a
Perfil del participante
A volunteer has to be a creative and open minded person who is aware of the different cultures, religions and diversity which exist all around the world. Solidarity, tolerance, diversity and the creation of European Identity are the most important issues in our project. Our volunteer has to be ready for participating and cooperating with others, team work, innovation, offering organisation support in sustainability, social networks, solidarity, practising sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle. We need our volunteer to speak English to communicate with us.
