Description
The volunteer involved in this mission will be able to carry out activities based on active educational methods of popular education, participate in the writing of educational materials and help in the development of European projects. The mission takes place in a parisian entertainment center located in Paris, in the 10th district, the CRL10 Mission goals : - co-hosting informal welcomes - Animation of the intercultural citizen café - co-organization of stays and youth outings - co-leadership of the volunteering center The volunteer will cooperate with an animation professional in the implementation of projects by contributing his ideas, his knowledge, his know-how and his interpersonal skills! The volunteer will generally be placed in a co-facilitation situation. He may be in an observation situation or in autonomy.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
The volunteer will be housed in a house (with a garden), and may be flatmate to 4 to 5 other volunteers. The monthly allowance (500€) includes all food and first necessity expanses, pocket money and a subscription to an unlimited transportation card for all of Île-de-France (including Paris)
Formation pendant l’activité
The volunteer will be granted access to the OLS platform in order to improve their french skills. If the volunteer has difficulties to speak basic french, APJC and CRL10 can provide french classes. The volunteer will discover and experiment the missions of an animator.

- Interest in European policies and volunteering - Analysis, synthesis and writing skills - Interest in territorial projects and public service - Qualities sought: rigor, autonomy, organization, animation, excellent interpersonal skills, strength of proposal - speaking French is not obligatory but it will allow faster interaction with the public
