Discover your potential in "Solidarity and Youth", an innovative project of the European Solidarity Corps in Puente Genil, Cordoba, Spain! Designed for young volunteers, this project offers a unique opportunity to improve skills, gain experience and increase social and personal competences through inclusion and solidarity. Project Objectives: To enrich key skills and competences of young people. To foster active participation in Europe, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity. To empower young people for the world of work, boosting their self-esteem. To promote integration in new environments and the development of autonomy in different contexts. To develop inclusive and caring attitudes that impact on their countries of origin and their communities. Learning Outcomes: Ability to work in teams and manage groups. Ability to solve problems effectively. This project not only seeks to enhance the personal skills of volunteers, but also to create a positive impact
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
As a volunteer at Solidarity and Youth, enjoy a comfortable stay in Puente Genil, Andalusia. You will stay in a shared flat in the centre of town, with a single room, common kitchen and living room. You will receive monthly 192€ for food and 183€ pocket money, total 375€. No need for public transport thanks to the central location and excellent connections to Andalusian cities. Formation pendant l’activité
As a volunteer in Solidarity and Youth, you will receive training upon arrival and mid-term by the Spanish National Agency, and pre-training by your organization. During the project, you will have online language support. In addition, you will participate in various training activities organized by our Association and other Andalusian entities, covering youth empowerment topics. These activities will enrich your experience, broadening your knowledge and skills for a significant impact. Get ready to learn and grow at every stage of your volunteering!
Profil du participant
We are looking for people who enjoy working with children and young people, with the ability to communicate openly and actively. You should be eager to contribute to the growth and learning of young people, be sensitive to cooperation and solidarity, and show curiosity and interest in intercultural communication. We also develop youth care work in the office. We value the critical and creative capacity to participate constructively in the institution.
