Description
Fryshuset is aiming to improve the participation of youths in the society. We believe that everyone has something to bring, and we encourage them to change the world through their passions. The volunteer would work on those subjects: - The annual communication plan and related schedules, definition an establishment. - Digital content creation. Design and production of written and visual communication on social media - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok - and on the website (articles). - Creation of print materials - Adobe, Canva - (posters, brochures, flyers, etc.) and adherence to Fryshuset’s branding (graphic charter). - Internal communication. Update of a monthly calendar, creation of interviews and videos, article for the Internalweb. - External communication. Creation and display of a monthly calendar for the public, updating of available communication documents, coverage of photos and videos during events. - Event support. For example: clothes donation, youth party, etc.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
All costs are covered by the European Solidarity Corps program. Accommodation will be found by Fryshuset. Food and pocket money we will transfer to volunteers` bank accounts monthly.
Training during the activity
You will get 2 trainings during your volunteering, once you arrive, the Swedish National Agency will organize on-arrival and mid-term training. Also, there will be an online Swedish course for the volunteers
Participant profile
We are looking for someone with graphic design and communication background (studies or work experience): - Corporate, event, and digital communication - Extensive knowledge of Social Media - Proficiency in software such as Canva, Microsoft Suite, WordPress, a plus for Adobe Suite - Good writing skills -Good level of English Share the links to your social medias or your previous realizations if you wish! Volunteering in Fryshuset Malmö, you must take initiative, while being autonomous and flexible. Curiosity, organization, diligence, patience, and adaptability are good qualities to have
