Description
Volunteer will be hosted by Valmieras novada fonds (Valmiera region community foundation). Volunteer will be involved in organization's project activities including event preparation, practicalities, active participation in realization.The foundation is always trying to keep up an active social media presence. In terms of visual material and image concept making, that is where you also come in! Besides assisting with event and activity management, your responsibilities will also be shooting and editing photos and videos of our charity events, preps, seminars, excursions etc. Volunteer will be an equal member of our small team.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Volunteers will be accommodated in lodgings rented by Valmieras novada fonds and co-shared by other volunteers, with each room hosting 1-2 volunteers. All necessities included. Volunteer will have WiFi, local phone number with internet, bike, local transport card if necessary. Accommodation will be located within the city. Food money 220 euros/month provided for meals or cooking. Pocket money 5 euros per day. Additional expenses for maintenance, creative ideas or crisis situations also may apply.
Formation pendant l’activité
*On-arrival and mid-term training, with the opportunity to network with other volunteers across Latvia, will be organized by National Agency in Latvia. *Latvian language lessons will be provided by online tools.
Profil du participant
We expect our volunteer to be: creative, goal-minded; self-organized. We also expect our volunteers to help fellow volunteers with their tasks and all interact as a team! If you are an active, flexible, creative individual eager to take part in event management and organize different activities for non-profit charity organization, this is your opportunity! If you would like to learn: filming, photographing, doing short promo clips, editing media, interviewing, creating online banners and posters for online and also print, then this is where it's at!
