Description
Participate in animation activities with children from 3 to 12 years Share your culture and language by offering animations participate in animations with teenagers between 13 and 17 years Bringing the youth service social networks to life Participate in sports activities with children and young people between 6 and 17 years Promoting the European Solidarity Corps and youth mobility offer cultural discovery activities for children in schools Organize a language café once a month Organize intercultural meals participate in events around mobility
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The 4 volunteers will be accommodated in Ribérac, town of 4500 inhabitants. They are housed in a large house, with 4 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a large garden. There is a washing machine. They will have 2 cars available to move because we are in a rural area and there is no public transport. They will receive a scholarship to buy their food every month and for their pocket money.
Training during the activity
Volunteers will participate in arrival and mid-term seminars organized by the national agency They will have French classes every week with a teacher they will conduct awareness training on recycling and waste treatment They will have internal training on the basics of animation
Participant profile
We are looking for volunteers who want to share their culture, curious, dynamic, smiling, who want to work with children and young people. They need to be autonomous and able to adapt in a rural environment and to live with other volunteers. They will have to be tolerant and open-minded. It is also necessary that they have the driver’s license because it is not possible to move without the car.
