Description
1. The volunteer will work with the Koiné volunteer in order to improve the European dimension of this magazine, Schegge. In particular the volunteer will write new articles. 2. EVS volunteer will collaborate with the Koiné staff in the organization of the welcome service reserved to the international students of the Forlì Campus. Specifically EVS volunteer will cooperate with the staff in order to: help the international students to solve practical and bureaucratic problems before their arrival in Italy. Koiné and EVS volunteer will also welcome the students at their arrival, support them to find an accommodation in Forlì and give them information about the city and the university; organize events aimed to the socialization. 3. The purpose of this project is the organizationof cultural and musical events in order to foster the integration among Italian students, international students and local youth.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation: the volunteer will have a single room in an independent house that she/he will share with Italian students. The house is provided with all facilities (washing machine, kitchen and internet). Food and Pocket Money: Volunteers will receive 315 € per month on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (115 € pocket money and 200 € to buy their own food ) . Local Transport: as the flat is near to Koiné and Uniser , volunteer will not need any local transports.
Formation pendant l’activité
Language Course: an Italian language course of two hours per week will be organized by Uniser in Forlì (Piazzale della Vittoria 17). Two trainings will be organized by the Italian National Agency: one at the arrival and one towards the end of the program.
Profil du participant
The volunteer should be a motivated person to take part in a project developed in an international environment; be open to work in a new working team; ready to adapt him/herself to new conditions; willing to integrate in local culture and community; and interested in meeting new people with different cultural backgrounds. Languages required: basic knowledge of Italian; good base of English language; other languages will be considered positively.
