Description
Hors Pistes hosts each year around 30 volunteers in the region of Marseille. The Institution Sainte-Marie is a secondary and high school, based on the coast near marseille. Both volunteers will help language teachers (spanish, english, italian), support for cultural projects and school trips, promote volunteering and youth mobility, facilitate educational, musical and recreational workshops. The tasks may vary from period to period, depending on current projects and skills. Althought the school is a private catholic school, there are no pre-requirements for the application process, and no specific guidelines for the develoment of educational/pedagogical projects. Indeed, most of the pupils don't participate to the catholic classes and have instead dedicated time for cultural/civic/educational workshops. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accomodation in a private room in the school, in a floor shared with the other volunteer and a team of language assisants from the USA. Possibilities of having every meals during the week at the school restaurant. 400€/month for the allowance.
