Description

ARCIL is a non for profit organization working in the fields of Disability, Rehabilitation and Inclusion since 1976. From Early Intervention to Labour Market Integration, the focus of ARCIL is to promote social inclusion and Quality of Life of individuals with disability and/or restrictions to participation throughout their lifespan. The mission of ARCIL is to co-create life projects with each person, believing in the community's inclusive potential. Typical activities of volunteers: Center for Activities and Training for Inclusion; Support Home - support in residential equipment for children and young people in occupational and leisure activities; Residential Home - residential support for adults in different facilities suited to their needs; Domiciliary Support Service - support for families, with or without children, and for adults in individual or shared residences; Free Time Activity Centers - support for school-age children in the centers that ARCIL coordinates.

Profil du participant

We appreciate young volunteers that are: open minded, feeling confident with the objectives of the Host organisations, are creative, taking initiatives, having a sense of responsibilities, organised and able to adapt to different conditions of living and work, flexible to establish relations with different persons. It’s very interesting when volunteers have special abilities to contribute to the projects, although it’s not necessary to have any special knowledge, education, skills.
