Lasnamäe Youth Centre is hosting 1 volunteer from September 2024-May 2025 (9 months) with a possibility to extend the volunteering until August 2025. Lasnamäe youth centre has 2 places where the participant can take part in the activities - in the youth centre, as well as in Raadiku (district in Tallinn) youth space. The youth centre offers activities for youngsters aged 7-26 years old, by organising several in-house activities (e-sports, crafts, board games, art classes) as well as outdoors all neighborhood involving festivals.
Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
Accommodation and local transport: Volunteer is living in a shared household (sharing the living space with other volunteers). The local transport is organised. International transport: The travel grant depends on a travelled distance and can be 275€ / 360€ or 530€ for round tickets. Visa costs and other exceptional cost are covered up to real costs based on justification (if needed and applicable). Pocket money: According to ESC programme guide, the financial support is 5eur/per day in Estonia. Food Money: volunteer receives 7eur/per day to cover his/her food costs.
Formación durante la actividad
Volunteer is attending at on-arrival training and mid-term training organised by Estonian National Agency. In addition volunteer is supported before mobility by support organisation in her/his home country and will also take part in local orientation in host organisation.
Perfil del participante
Volunteer with a level of English language ability, interest and willingness to work in this field. Openness to integrate into new culture. No extra experience required, but having it is an advantage.
