Description
The volunteers will have the opportunity to work and assist in youth and social circus programs during the year like: circus school (from 5 to 18 years old), adult classes, social circus, etc. There is also the opportunity to work in and learn in technical areas like stage lights, music or sound for our production shows. We are looking for 2 enthusiastic young European volunteers to help prepare and implement Cirkus Fuskabo programs for the 2025/2026 school year. Circus knowledge & experience is desirable.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Zavod Skala offers volunteers an apartment in the immediate vicinity and has rented premises for this purpose. Each volunteer will have a room with its own bathroom (shower, toilet), and will share a kitchen with others. That's why volunteers are also allowed to use the "office" , day care center or youth center. By agreement, volunteers can use the circus' large and small hall for their training outside of working hours. Each month, we will give you your ESC pocket money €5 per day and €250 allowance per month. Zavod Skala pays for your accommodation and house bills.
Formation pendant l’activité
Normally, the ON-ARRIVAL TRAINING takes place in the autumn, while the MID-TERM TRAINING USUALLY takes place in spring (but these dates may change). As part of the program, we offer volunteers and also our trainers 2x weekly additional training to improve their own competences. Volunteers will be able to strengthen their knowledge in the field of juggling and aerial skills during these two training sessions. Several times a year, we also organize special joint meetings for employees, trainers and volunteers.
