Volunteers will take an active role in all activities of Sosyal Fabrika listed below. Sosyal Fabrika offers volunteers: Individual and team volunteering; International environment; Volunteering in youth, health, education and sports fields; Personal and professional development; Development of soft skills; Strong and wide international network; A strong relationship with local authorities; Set of skills in organization management, networking, entrepreneurship, creativity and creative technology, leadership, communication advertising, project management, budget management, activism, etc.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Hosting organization provides accommodation to a volunteer. Volunteers stay in a house. They stay in shared rooms with 2. All the necessary stuff for beds and rooms will be provided by the hosting organization. The office is within walking distance, and for further activity places hosting organization covers public transportation expenses. Volunteers get a payment as food money in addition to pocket money monthly.

Profil du participant
We are looking for young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who would like to make a difference in the life of other young people and you like to learn more about other cultures. The participants should be willing to share their learnings with young people with fewer opportunities, to give them a better perspective of their future on different levels. We are looking for sociable young people, with leadership skills, responsibility, initiative, good capacity for teamwork, organized and empathize with others, communicating skills in English and willing to learn Turkish.
