Description
Join our year-long volunteering program in Wroclaw, Poland, where you'll make a meaningful impact while experiencing a rich cultural exchange. This project offers a unique opportunity to engage in various community activities and develop new skills. As a volunteer, you’ll assist in organizing and supporting events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. You’ll work closely with both youth and elderly individuals, fostering connections across generations. Your role will also involve conducting workshops and language classes, helping others learn and grow. Additionally, you’ll contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized workspace. Through this experience, you’ll immerse yourself in a multicultural environment, exchanging ideas and traditions with people from diverse backgrounds. This project is ideal for those passionate about community service, cultural exchange, and personal development.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
After coming to Wrocław, we will provide fully furnished and equipped apartments which have good connections to the workplace. The volunteer should be ready to share the room with another volunteer of the same gender and the living space with other volunteers. To give full independence to the volunteer a card for public transport will be provided at the beginning of the project and every month pocket money and food allowance will be transferred to the volunteer's account.
Profil du participant
For this project, we encourage the participation of everyone. We are looking for people between 18 and 30 years old, open-minded, eager to learn and motivated to work on the proposed project activities. The volunteers should be motivated to work with people in a non-formal education context. The participants should like to develop and improve their skills and abilities, be open for experiments, have some hobbies and like to share them when organising activities. Various talents, hobbies, interests are always welcome.
