Description

CPMGA is an institution with 40 years of work in the city of El Alto. Our mission is to build a more inclusive and equitable society for women, with a focus on returning to the territory, defending women’s rights, and promoting democracy from a non-hegemonic feminist perspective. We are committed to collective building and fostering broad, inclusive dialogues among women. Join us at our office in El Alto! The selected candidate will have the opportunity to manage CPMGA’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn), create digital content for social platforms, engage with and respond to followers, develop content plans or editorial calendars, and prepare analytical reports on social media campaigns.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

You will have the opportunity to live with other people but with individual bedroom. The accommodation costs and utility bills will be covered by the organization and a phone card will be provided. The house will be located close to the office. You will receive a monthly allowance of 600€ for your personal expenses, including food and local transport. For the activities of Alianza, a vehicle will be provided. You will also be covered with a health insurance (Henner).

Training during the activity

You will receive training which will cover topics such as: induction to Alianza por la Solidaridad, induction to the European Solidarity Corps, responsibilities and rights of the organisations and of the volunteer, Youthpass, Henner insurance and SHEA. In addition, you will be trained more specifically in feminist leadership, management and implementation of monitoring and evaluating activities and you will acquire knowledge related to the elaboration of reports. In the end of your volunteering, you will know how to work in a multidisciplinary team, both on the field and in the office.

Participant profile

We are looking for a person eager to learn and work in a team and able to adapt to the context. Interest in developing skills in monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes of social impact. Basic knowledge and any experience on tasks related to critical analysis, writing and oral skills, as well as Spanish and English language skills, will be an asset. If you are migrant, live in rural areas, have limited economic support or any other don´t hesitate to sign up, this opportunity is for everyone!
