Think like European – Act locally – European Solidarity Corps volunteering project in RYBNIK! New hosting project of Fundacja Rozwoju Społeczeństwa Przedsiębiorczego and MDK Youth Center w Rybniku. We are looking for volunteer coming from the EU countries or partner countries of the EU. The project will take place in Rybnik – a city located in the south of Poland (Silesia region). Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
- 150 euro/month of pocket money - 140 euro/month of food money - living in a single room in a fully furnished shared flat (close to the hosting organisation, kitchen, bathroom, 3 rooms) - monthly public transport ticket - travel expenses from home to the hosting country (travel grant depending on the distance between countries) - local mentor - insurance (EHIC and/or HENNER) - Polish language course (online platform EU Academy)
Formación durante la actividad
On-arrival in Warsaw and Mid-term training in Toruń (organized by Polish National Agency)
Perfil del participante
– the real motivation for the experience – age between 18-30 y.o. – willingness to live and work in Rybnik – interest in working with children and youth but also with seniors – high interest in culture – willingness to teach and learn foreign languages – willingness to learn about Polish culture and traditions, but also readiness to share their culture – high level of interpersonal communication, activities within the project focus on working with people – initiative and creativity – previous experience in various cultural and social activities will be welcome but not obligatory
