We are looking for people interested in Football :) We need your help with training, especially to train with younger players and help and assist our coaches. You will be supported in terms of training and mentoring by - working with qualified coaching staff (coaches have UEFA B or UEFA C licences), - participation in the preparation of training plans for the team by the coaches, - participation in the preparation of individual training plans for players, - participation in trainings in the role of support for the coach during match trainings, - participation during pre-match briefings for the teams. You will learn about the specifics of the work of a football coach in different age categories from the youngest children (5-7 years old) to players playing adult football. You will have the opportunity to observe training sessions, help with training, and plan training.
Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
You will live in a dormitory in single-room apartment located in the beautiful town of Jelenia Gora. We will provide You with the pocket money & food allowance. Jelenia Gora lies in the Sudetes mountains near to the border with the Czech Republic and not so far from Germany. If you are a fan of the mountains and football then this is the place for you ! Perfil del participante
We are looking for young people (18-30 age range) who want to become volunteers in a 12 months project. You dont need any official football certificates - Football experience and qualifications may be useful but not necessary. Love for football, Teamwork spirit and the ability to work independently would be super nice :) Don't forget to check us on Facebook ! - https://www.facebook.com/victoriajeleniagora. We have two senior teams and seven children's and youth team. In total, around 200 players from four to forty years of age train in our club. What sets us apart is the fact that we cooperate with local orphanages and organize many charity events and activities addressed to the community of our city and region. Regarding your potential involvement, we would need support, among other things, in helping to organize training sessions for players and our academy teams. We will also need organizational support, for example during events organized by us and some marketing activities, as well as meetings with partners and sponsors of the club.
