Do you want to help shape a vibrant youth community in Shumen? This project empowers you to create meaningful, creative, engaging content while working closely with local youth groups and organizations. The main objectives are twofold: 1. Collaborate with informal youth groups and organizations to launch projects that enhance the city's cultural life and image. 2. Create and share inspiring content that provides opportunities and practical information for youth online (via TikTok, IG, FB) and offline (through school/university presentations and dynamic outreach campaigns). As a volunteer, you'll dive into a variety of roles that will develop your professional skills, including: - Coordinating projects and teams / Building youth communities / Mastering graphic and video editing tools / Utilizing digital marketing and advertising strategies / Delivering impactful presentations / Crafting creative content for both online and offline audiences.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation is provided with overhead costs included. The apartment is a three-room apartment where every volunteer has a private bedroom and a shared Kitchen and Bathroom. Travel expenses are covered with a certain limit. The volunteer's monthly allowance includes food, pocket money, and local transport Shumen is a town with a population of 80K people located in North-East Bulgaria. Close cities: Varna(seaside, BG)- 80km, Buchurest (RO) 185km, Sofia(Capital, BG) 350km, Istanbul(TR) 470km.
Formation pendant l’activité
Volunteers will receive on - arrival training organised by Bulgarian National Agency as well as orientation and a detailed explanation about "Podobri" goals, vision, mission, long-term projects, our way of working, safety. Also MOOC courses for digital marketing, youth work & participation, visual design and content creation. They will learn how to use our website, eurodesk email and materials too. In addition, there will be constant support, daily meetings, brainstorming, supporting groups, etc. Volinteers will receive a library and access to platforms and websites for digital resourses.

Young, curious and proactive person who wants to develop skills related to content creation, event organization and community building and would be interested in the following activities: - Content creating (Social media posts, TikTok videos, IG, Reels) - Promote Youth mobility opportunities (like Youth Exchanges, Tranining Courses and Volunteering projects). - Popularize the Eurodesk initiative. - Meetings with local young people and discussing oppurtunities. - Supports the implementation of youth projects, the organisation of events and initiatives for the local community. - Seeks, creates, and disseminates youth information through the organization's channels. - Copywriting and preparing useful posts for our website blog. People who are interested in visual and video content creation for TiKTok, Instagram & FB, will be preffered.
