Description
We're looking for 13 enthusiastic individuals aged 18-30 to join our 30 days ESC volunteering project from 10 July – 10 August 2025 (including travel days) Activities: 🌿 Gardening & Landscaping • Mowing, weeding, planting, mulching, and creating beautiful garden beds with natural materials 🍅 Local Culinary Creations • Preparing delicious traditional dishes using local ingredients, such as homemade pesto, tomato sauce, eggplant cream, and zakuszka • Learn the art of preserving, as we bottle up these tasty creations for the season ahead 🛠️ Creative Construction & Land Art • Designing and building a natural playground using eco-friendly materials like wood and stone • Creating beautiful land art installations that connect with nature, as well as crafting unique wooden gates and structures for the garden. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
The volunteers will be accommodated in one building all together on single beds. Participants should bring their own sleeping bags and pillows. We are going to use outdoor solar showers and composting toilets, and a washing machine is available. During the project the volunteers are going to cook together. Every day there is going to be a cooking team responsible for the meals. Participants are going to be welcome to plan the menu and to bring their own ideas. Transport from airport is going to be organised for participants.
Formation pendant l’activité
Volunteers will receive comprehensive training throughout the project, including team-building activities and conflict management sessions using non-formal education methods. You will get guidance on self directed learning and how to complete a Youthpass. Basic gardening, construction and cooking training will be provided.
Profil du participant
Young individuals aged 18-30 with an interest in environmentalism and a willingness to work physically. Inclusive of volunteers with fewer opportunities.
