The 23rd Plein la Bobine International Short Film Festival for young audiences (3-14) will be held in Issoire and La Bourboule, located within the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park, in June 2025. The festival's theme, "Along the Water," celebrates La Bourboule's 150th anniversary. Volunteers are needed to assist with festival operations, including setup, public reception, logistics, and cleanup, across both locations. The festival, which promotes artistic discovery and media literacy, offers volunteers a chance to immerse themselves in local culture and explore the region's natural beauty. The festival runs from June 4th to 13th, 2025, with setup and cleanup activities surrounding those dates.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Accommodation will be in dormitories. During the first week, you will stay in mobile homes for 4 to 6 people at the municipal campsite in Issoire. In the second week, lodging will be provided in apartments made available by the town of La Bourboule. Facilities: Toilets and showers available in both the mobile homes and apartments. Kitchen: Small indoor kitchen. Meals: Breakfast delivered, lunch provided with meal vouchers, shared dinners in a brasserie, restaurant, or canteen.
Formation pendant l’activité
Throughout your volunteer experience at the Plein la Bobine festival, you will be well-supported. In addition to guidance from the festival organizers and a dedicated facilitator, you'll be working closely with our enthusiastic team of local volunteers. They will be there to assist you with your tasks, share their knowledge, and ensure you feel comfortable and integrated into the festival community. You'll always have someone to turn to for help and advice.
Profil du participant
We make a point of promoting social inclusion and access to mobility for all. In this sense, we would like to enable people of all social, economic and cultural classes from 18 to 30 years old. The volunteers should have an interest in Culture and cinema. An interest for the preservation of the environment is also needed as all the activities will be thought in the most respectful ways for the environment. Basic French skills are helpful but not required.
