Volunteers in local kindergartens 2026, round 2
Regionalne Centrum Wolontariatu w Gdansku
Gdańsk, Poland
Description
Are you passionate about working with children, exploring new cultures, and making a real impact in everyday life? 💛 We are looking for 4 caring, creative, and motivated young volunteers to join our kindergartens in Gdańsk and become part of a warm, supportive educational environment for children aged 3–6. As a volunteer, you will not only support teachers in their daily activities, but also become a trusted companion in children’s first learning experiences. Your presence, energy, and ideas can truly make a difference in their development. It's important for us that you share with children your country's culture. Each volunteer's schedule is prepared individually together with the coordinator from the kindergarten. You can be active in areas corresponding to your hobbies and interests. At the same time, be flexible to follow the Kindergarten’s daily educational and recreational activities. Previous experience in working with kids would be much appreciated.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
You will live in a shared, apartment with other volunteers (share a double room with one roommate) —creating a space not only to rest, but also to build friendships and share experiences. You will receive financial support: Monthly pocket money Monthly food allowance Reimbursement of local transport costs Your international travel to and from Gdańsk will also be covered according to Erasmus+ rules.
Training during the activity

Once in Poland, you will be supported by a dedicated coordinator and introduced step by step to your new environment. You will also take part in ESC training sessions: On-Arrival Training – to help you settle in and connect with other volunteers Mid-Term Training – a space to reflect, grow, and share your experience Regular meetings will coordinator from RCWG ensure you feel supported and confident throughout your project.
