The power of together

AWO Youth Department Coordination Office

AWO Soziale Dienste gGmbH

Bremen, Germany

Description

The Youth Department at AWO Bremen is responsible for eight youth leisure facilities and three residential groups. With a total of 100 full-time colleagues, mainly professionals in youth work, we care for and accompany young people between the ages of 10-21 at various locations in Bremen. All organisational threads come together in the coordination office at the head office. From here, we apply for funds, do administrative and networking work and supervise staff and provide professional guidance to the directors of the facilities. In the future, we want to create international exchange and encounter opportunities for the young people who visit our facilities as well as for the professionals. We are looking for a volunteer to support us in this. Together with you we want to find cooperations, reactivate old contacts and create new encounters. Exchanges are to be realised, for example, within the framework of town twinning. THE ZOOM INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE AT 19.+24.06.
