*** To confirm your application, please fill in this form: https://wkf.ms/4hOyK2y *** As an ESC in Youth Work & Events at the Erasmus Student Network, the biggest student organisation in Europe working in the field of mobility, Support the planning, implementation, and reporting of the Events & Training Department ongoing projects. Support the organisation of training events for the volunteers and members in ESN; Help with the implementation of both internal and external projects related to training and development; Manage the production of education manuals/toolkits and Training Session Outlines in line with ESN’s projects; Support the development of non-formal learning processes, tools and opportunities in ESN; Assist the Board and Secretariat with other tasks that might come up in the field of training and learning development;

Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

European Solidarity Corps volunteer contract for 12 months; The successful applicant should start on 1st of September 2025; The successful applicant should start in September 2025, ideally on the 1st; Accommodation in Brussels is provided, either in ESN accommodation or the private market, with rental assistance of 650 EUR paid by ESN; a Living allowance covering food and public transport costs of 500 EUR per month is provided; Health Insurance is covered through the ESC programme; Travel costs to Brussels from the volunteer’s home country and back are covered.

Profil du participant

Fluent in written and spoken English, Flexibility with working outside of regular working hours from time to time; Adaptability and willingness to work in an intercultural environment; A structured and reliable way of working; Experience with organising training events is a plus; Experience in coordinating the content of training events is a plus; Experience in a volunteer-led organisation is a plus; Experience with non-formal education is a plus; Experience with volunteering in ESN is a plus; Experience with carrying out EU-funded projects and grants is a plus. Applicants without a legal permit to reside in Belgium need to go through a visa application process, which can be time-consuming and needs to start 4 months in advance. If the starting date cannot be moved back, this may impact the selection process.
