Description
We are looking for young volunteers to take part in our 59-day short-term volunteering project, where they will engage in activities focused on the preservation of cultural heritage, tackling social challenges, and protecting the environment and climate.
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Volunteers will get, Pocket money and Food allowance as per ESC Guide (2023), insurance provided from Henner Insurance. They will be accommodated in a shared accommodation with all facilities provided. Volunteers will be Reimbursed or covered for local transport when used for work, as for Reimbursement for travel tickets will be reimbursed according to ESC and Erasmus Guide.
Formation pendant l’activité
During the initiation of the project, there will be an Adaptation Week. This period will provide an opportunity to collaborate with an international team, with English as the working language, and an introduction to the Spanish language. Participants will develop the ability to engage in conversations in multiple languages. There will be Mentoring session provided to work on Inclusion in Teams Projects, Diversity in personalities and Emotion and meditation. Upon the completion of the mobility program, participants will receive a Youth Pass / ESC Volunteer Diploma.
Profil du participant
The participants should be team-oriented, social, and have a good level in English, thriving in multicultural settings. They are creative, proactive, and adaptable, eager to share their culture and embrace others. With strong interpersonal skills, they excel in engaging diverse groups, from children to seniors. Passionate about solidarity, they bring enthusiasm and initiative to workshops, teamwork, and community impact.
