Description
A Two-Way Journey is a high-priority, two-month volunteer project based in Ankara, Türkiye, focused on promoting the sustainable socio-economic integration of Ukrainian refugees. With a significant proportion of the refugee population consisting of women and children—many of whom face serious integration challenges—this initiative aims to address urgent social needs while fostering community cohesion and resilience. The project will be implemented through two distinct volunteer teams: - Team 1: 20 June – 20 August 2025 - Team 2: 20 July – 20 September 2025
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The accommodation, food and transport costs are covered by the program.
Training during the activity
The volunteers will receive on-the-job training from the host organisation team regarding to the activities and mobility. The volunteers have the right and obligation to attend following the pre-departure training.
