Lead, Help & Grow: LEVEL UP is a volunteering opportunity in Łódź, Poland, for people who like to learn by doing and make a change in other people life. The project focuses on improving the quality of life of the local community through non-formal education, youth work, and social engagement. As a volunteer, you will support local activities, international projects, workshops, and events, while also helping with communication and promotion, including social media, website, and blog content. You will work with children, young people, and local partners, gain practical experience in a dynamic NGO, and have space to develop your own ideas and initiatives. This is a chance to learn by doing, grow in an international environment, and contribute to meaningful social change. We look for 2 volunteers for the 3 months projects (from July to September 2026)
Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport
Provided – accommodation (a separate room for each volunteer with its own bathroom in dormitory in the city center in Łódź), shared kitchen. Food and pocket money once a month via bank transfer, travel cost in two instalments paid and transportation costs during volunteering (city card or tickets) – all costs according to the program arrangements and the rules of the program. The project is organised in a hybrid format, combining on-site activities with some online tasks, depending on the nature of the work and current needs of the organisation. (min. 3 days a week of office work).
Formation pendant l’activité
During the project, you will join our International Masters team and gain hands-on experience in project work, workshops, local events, communication, and office support. You can get involved in writing project applications, helping with coordination, facilitating activities, creating social media content, photos and videos, writing blog articles, and promoting our initiatives. We provide a Polish language course and full introductory training to our digital tools and working methods.
Profil du participant
We are looking for proactive, open-minded people who are willing to try new things, take initiative, and actively engage in the project. Volunteers should enjoy working in a team, but also feel comfortable working independently, managing their own tasks, and taking responsibility for their ideas and daily work. We value people who are well-organized, communicative, and ready to learn through practice. Volunteers should be able to adapt to different types of activities, manage their time, and contribute to a dynamic working environment. For project-related tasks, we are looking for people interested in coordination, non-formal education, workshop delivery, and event support. For communication and marketing activities, we welcome creative people who are familiar with social media, interested in trends, and motivated to create audiovisual content and help promote our initiatives. This opportunity is especially suitable for people who want to gain experience in youth work, local and international projects, language activities, event coordination, and community-based education, while also developing soft skills, digital competences, and greater independence in work.
