Description

The goal of the kindergarten is to provide high-quality preschool education. It is important to make the children feel welcome, safe and positive throughout the day and happy to take part in learning activities. The priority for the kindergarten is outdoor education. In addition to the daily activities taking place in the kindergarten, children can participate in different activities like dancing, sports, music, playing zither and English lessons. In addition to celebrating traditional activities in kindergarten, international health days are very important. The kindergarten has 4 groups of children, ages of 2-7. The volunteer can participate in the activities and is expected to offer their own ideas and be creative. The volunteer will be assigned to one age group but has an opportunity to work with other groups too. Volunteer will have an experienced tutor, who is always be ready to help. Modalités d'hébergement, de restauration et de transport

Volunteers will be provided with suitable accommodation conveniently located near their respective hosting organisation. Accommodation will typically be in a shared apartment or hostel, furnished with essential items. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Volunteers receive €5/day pocket money and a €200 food allowance, managing their own meals. International travel is reimbursed based on set travel budget and task related local transport is covered to full extent.

Formation pendant l’activité

Volunteers will take part in the ESC training cycle organized by the Estonian National Agency, which focuses on personal development and intercultural learning. Throughout the service period, EstYES also offers hikes and other group activities, creating further opportunities for social interaction and connection with fellow volunteers.
